General Courtesy & Respect

  • Yield to others: Give way to hikers, horses, and cyclists; stop and turn off engine for horses.

  • Communicate: Use hand signals for turns; show the number of riders in your group (e.g., one finger for one rider behind you).

  • Be Courteous: Do not intimidate slower riders; pass cleanly and patiently.

  • No Burnouts or Roosting: Respect the property. Do not perform burnouts or roost rocks on any access roads or shared paths.

  • Respect Property: Stay on designated trails and respect private property boundaries.

  • Guest Responsibility: Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guests must have a valid Guest Pass and signed waiver on file before unloading.

Safety & Trail Management

  • Zero Tolerance: No illegal drugs are permitted on the trails or in staging areas.

  • Minor Supervision: All riders under 18 must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Gate Security: Close and lock all gates behind you. Do not share gate keys with non-members.

  • Ride Within Skill Set: Ride at a safe, sustainable speed.

  • Stay on Trails: Stick to marked paths to minimize environmental impact. Keep speeds low and controlled on gravel roads to prevent “roosting” and road damage.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO WATER CROSSINGS: This is subject to an environmental fine of $5,000, up to 364 days in jail, and IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

  • Equipment: All bikes and quads must have a spark arrestor.

  • Safety Gear: Wear helmets and proper safety gear while riding.

  • Parking Lot Practice: Speed limit in staging areas is 5 mph. Absolutely no spinning tires or burnouts in the parking or staging areas.

  • Be Aware: Watch for other riders and obstacles; maintain a safe speed as all trails are two-way.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Pack it in, Pack it out: Take all your trash (including cigarette butts) with you.

  • Minimize Noise: Ride unobtrusively, especially near homes or sensitive areas.

  • Protect Wildlife: Avoid disturbing animals and their habitats.

TERMINATION POLICY: Any violation of these rules can or will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of membership without a refund.
